The Business Intelligence and Analytics Solution Lead will play a lead role in the development of solutions for the business community to achieve their reporting and analytical goals and objectives, while assuring the integration of enterprise standards and architectures. This person will work closely with our business and IT partners and ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest quality. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the definition of requirements, and the development of solution alternatives and estimates
Participate in the translation of business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs aligned with current and anticipated business, application, technology, and data architectures
Participate in the development and ensure proper documentation of the technical design for the integration and the implementation of the new solution
Identify opportunities for solution sharing and reuse
Collaborate with IT partners and influence cross-functional teams to achieve the desired outcome
Assist in the development of service level requirements and agreements, and provide on-going assessments of the service level agreements
Assist in the development of comprehensive and strategic business cases used at management and executive levels for funding and scoping decisions

Qualifications:
Experience with business intelligence and analytics delivery and methodology, SAP BusinessObjects tool sets (e.g. Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, Explorer, etc), business analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau, Pentaho), and application development languages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Bachelor-s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
8 plus years of related experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
Strong personal leadership and collaborative skills, combined with comprehensive, practical experience and knowledge in the delivery of business intelligence and analytics solutions
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience
Strong inter-personal and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations
Experience working with multiple clients and projects at a time
Experience with new technologies that are reinventing the data warehouse and analytics, e.g. Hadoop, in-memory databases (SAP HANA), database appliances (Oracle Exadata), data visualization, data virtualization, etc.
Knowledge of the principles and concepts of data management functions such as data governance, data architecture, data design, data operations, data quality, metadata, data warehousing and business intelligence, etc.
