Kaiser Permanente Information Technology is looking for a highly-experienced, detail-oriented individual that can fill a dual role of the Technical Release Manager and ScrumMaster for the Document Management Strategy (DMS) organization. The DMS organization has custom-built a suite of applications that together form an enterprise platform that publishes, archives, and manages distribution of millions of customized documents each year and provides services to numerous business departments nationally across Kaiser Permanente.
A successful candidate should be able to communicate extensively with our business clients and coordinate release activities within a fast-paced, project-based program that has many moving parts and multiple initiatives in-flight at any given moment. The DMS platform is a 24x7x365 solution that provides critical business functions, and we are rapidly expanding our services to other parts of Kaiser Permanente. The Technical Release Manager and ScrumMaster is a primary role within the program; part technical project manager, part program manager, part ScrumMaster.

In addition to previous technical experience, the candidate must have polished communication skills with the capability of presenting in front of both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, a successful candidate must be able to track and manage numerous issues at any one time.
This position is based out of either Englewood, Colorado or Lake Oswego, Oregon, while a majority of team members are based out of Southern California. Occasional travel to CA may be requested, although is expected to be infrequent and for short periods.

- Minimum eight (8) years of related experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration

Preferred
Qualifications:
- 3
years experience leading others and delegating tasks to technical resources depending on business or regulatory priorities
- 3
years experience using MS Project (or other project management software) to create project schedules, release calendars, or other project tracking tools
- Familiarity with the concept of resource loading and resource capacity planning, for purposes of balancing incoming change requests with available resources
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience as an IT Project Manager a plus
- Previous experience as a ScruMaster a plus
- Certified ScrumMaster certification a big plus
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification a plus
- Experience facilitating meetings and conference calls with a large technical and non-technical audience
- Experience with document publishing, document archival, or document distribution and fulfillment a plus
- Customer service attitude and able to work well within a cross-functional team

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
