This candidate will be responsible for working with various Health Plan Business Information Office (HP BIO) functional areas to gather Business Intelligence (BI) requirements, analyze data and create reports in support of meeting the needs of the BIO. The right candidate will be comfortable and competent in developing internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources, improve responsiveness, Interface with business partners and customers to develop reporting solutions. Additionally, the candidate is required to provide consulting services, quantify information and other miscellaneous supporting duties to ensure reporting and analysis goals are met and that critical functions for the teams are monitored and documented
Responsibilities
Communications lead and point of contact
Vendor Management and Managed Services support - Maintenance and Delivery of.
Organization-s training coordination point of contact - Compliance training and related responsibilities for HP BIO
Manage contractors and on-boarding/off-boarding work for HP BIO (HP BIO Logistics)
Invoicing, Finance and budget related support, and OneLink order processing
Develop and maintain HP BIO organizational charts
RPM (time management) Gatekeeper for HP BIO
Analyze complex data and administrative needs for the BIO; identify opportunities for efficiencies, improvements and business solutions to meet the BIO and enterprise requirements.
Choose, recommend, create and/or adopt techniques, standards and methodologies that will provide consistency and improve efficiencies within the BMO team as well as HP BIO.
Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation, using independent judgment to accomplish objectives that meet customer requirements.
Provide Health Plan leaders and managers with performance reports that track HP BIO administrative and delivery metrics.
Assume responsibilities for individual tasks and provide guidance for group tasks as needed for cross-functional and cross-organizational matters, including workflow, reporting and metrics, and standards for reporting and presentation of executive material.
Deliver on Service Level Agreements. Provide on-going assessment and reporting of Service Level Agreements status as well as to present completed work/analysis to manager and senior leaders.
Communicate organization-s compliance responsibilities and risks and ensure a comprehensive understanding of all annual responsibilities.
Work closely with customers at various levels of the organization, including senior executives.
Work collaboratively with team members to leverage skills and improve capabilities to support the effectiveness of the department.
Develop project plans for larger initiatives within the BMO team and HP BIO and w ork in consultation toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.

- Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration

- Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
- Full knowledge of industry practices.
- Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (critical for the interaction with all levels of management) as well as interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in Excel (advanced knowledge), Adobe, Visio, and advance SharePoint knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, -think outside the box-, creative, self sufficient, self-motivator
- Process expert - Experience with developing and improving processes in an IT or business environment.
- Proficient in Web-based systems and experience using HR-related applications
- General knowledge of Human Resources Functions (such as HR Service Center)
- M ust be able to work with sensitive and confidential information (i.e performance ratings and reviews for both non-executive and executive population)
