Responsible for auditing and inspection of work performed by the construction contractors for compliance to the contract specifications and drawings, performance of specific inspections and tests, and audit report preparation. QA/QC experience in the areas of high voltage (230 kV and above) substation construction as well as materials sampling, inspection and testing. Job locations are remote sites across the pacific Northwest.A minimum of 10 years of auditing and inspecting substations (230kV and above). Thorough knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in (230KV and above) substation construction electrical work. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Good verbal and written communications skills. Must pass background check covering the last 10 years. Must pass client's permitting exam after hire.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
