Our Company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Lake Oswego office ASAP! We need a high-volume Accounts Payable rockstar who can multi-task, take initiative and drive processes. There are no typical days in our office, so our ideal person is someone organized who has processed A/P in a stand-alone capacity before that can handle multiple interruptions throughout the day from staff. Our biggest customers are our internal employees! We are looking to elevate this position with someone assertive who can troubleshoot and not have to ask questions on every unclear detail- someone who can be comfortable making suggestions to me and then taking those suggestions to our President if needed. You will receive a company lap top as well. The Soft Skills: 1. Upbeat, friendly go-getter 2. Focused & fun, engaging 3.Someone who can handle stress well (there will be stress! This is fast paced!) Other Details: - degree preferred but not necessary - someone open to change and providing input - someone who is able to do things independently - organized! - someone who can put the correct info into the correct GL Account Compensation: competitive
