00 an hour We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self motivated individual to accurately represent our brand and provide our clients with exceptional customer service.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals and thrives in a commission driven environment.
This is a part time position.
We have between 18-25 hours per week available, depending on your availability and what you're looking for.
This part-time sales position is paid a base hourly wage plus commission and bonuses.
Employees that meet sales goals can earn between $15.
75 to $18 per hour.
Requirements:
Meet sales goals measured weekly/monthly Have an outgoing personality and love interacting with customers Shifts are 9am-3 or 3-9pm on weekdays, 10am-2:
30pm/2:
30-7pm on Saturdays & 10am-5pm on Sundays.
Must have weekday & at least one weekend day availability.
Complete Smart Tan training and test (similar to food handlers license) Maintain a clean and organized salon Tanning Salon appropriate attire required.
Cash handling, opening/closing business Able to work alone as well as with a team Have reliable transportation to and from work Some retail sales experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to stand, bend, reach and walk(including up and down stairs) for extended periods of time, for 7 hours per day Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Come join us at Tan Republic Lake Oswego.
