JOB
Responsibilities:
To include but not limited to the following:
? Mentor staff to ensure customer quality and happiness.
? Leader, self-starter ? Escalation point:
Resolves day-to-day issues and monitors performance to plan related to staffing and quality of product to the customer.
? Ensure employees adhere to attendance, company policies, and procedures.
? Proficient with team management while following Boli labor requirements.
? Ensure inventory accountability and presentation.
? Ensure menu accuracy for a seamless online shopping experience.
? Assist clients with exceptional customer service and dedication.
? Ensure a smooth product return process following company procedures.
? Moderately proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets ? Moderate understanding of technology and connectivity.
? Ensure all work in progress is monitored and that all final products are inspected for quality.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
? Supervisor/Management experience in a cannabis environment is preferred, but not required.
? Two or more years of progressive management experience.
? The candidate must have taken the OLCC certification to be considered.
? Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) PERSONAL
