Roseline Coffee is seeking experienced, hospitality-first baristas with a passion for specialty coffee to join the team at our new Lake Grove cafe.
As a barista at Roseline Coffee, you will be a valuable and integral part of our team at Roseline, creating experiences on-bar that highlight the vibrancy of our coffee and food program.
This exciting opportunity also includes one week of paid training led by Roseline's Lead Educator.
Schedule & Compensation:
4 shifts for approximately 32-36 hours per week Pay rate starts at $15.
95 and increases to $16.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers with warmth, attentiveness and professionalism Prepare and present beverages consistently and with quality Discuss beverage and food items, make thoughtful suggestions to customers and answer any inquiries (ability to gauge customers preferences) Possess in-depth knowledge of Roseline Coffee products and policies Operate and maintain coffee equipment Maintain cleanliness of cafe Build deep and rich community relationships and promote Roseline Coffee in the neighborhood where we do business
Qualifications:
Specialty coffee experience Excellent communication skills with coworkers and manager Retail / hospitality experience (customer service) Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and drive workflows to completion Flexible schedule (ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends / holidays) Well organized, with strong planning and time management skills Effective problem solving and decision making abilities Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 30 lbs Approachable & Positive:
empathetic and good with social intuition Forward thinking:
