We are a rapidly growing, established Lake Oswego oral surgery practice.
Strong verbal, computer and written communication skills are needed for this position.
Experience with oral surgery and/or hospital scheduling a plus but not required.
Positive outlook, attention to detail and a willingness to learn a must! In-office and formal course training will be provided to you.
Duties include reception, scheduling (in office & hospital), coordinating insurance filing, coordinating care with referring doctors, scanning documents, managing email and the like.
The practice is paperless with EMR system and electronic filing of both dental and medical insurance claims.
