Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and leadership to the Collections team, ensuring a cohesive and motivated work environment.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and achieve departmental goals.
Training and Development:
Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, fostering continuous growth and improvement.
Policy Development:
Contribute to the development and refinement of collections and customer service policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on collections activities and collaborating on strategies for improvement.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors to optimize collections processes and negotiate favorable terms.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably in a management role.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
