The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of the property while providing support to the Property Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for detail, have great observational skills, and a passion for quality customer service as well as knowledge about home/property maintenance.
Essential Functions:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the property while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests Maintain positive resident relations by resolving resident complaints and maintenance requests in a timely manner, assisting with moving forward with issues that are not resolved quickly enough, or taking action on resolving issues.
Maintain and improve property condition through proper maintenance and tenant services.
Coordinate all repairs and leasing duties with the property manager.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
Be flexible to work different hours as needed to meet the needs of the business.
Be organized and handle office filing upkeep and/or multi-tasking.
Maintain your own schedule and be on time for all appointments.
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
Experience:
No minimum experience required but must have basic general knowldege about real estate, property management, or knowledge about maintenance of residential homes.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Oregon is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
Proficient in AppFolio or other property management software preferred but not required.
