Position
Summary:
As a Retention Account Manager for NAVEX, you will support our outstanding sales team by responding to questions and inquiries from our internal staff as well as our customers.
The Retention Account Manager will work closely with our Legal, Finance, Customer Support, Account Manager and Account Executive teams to determine the best options for the customer and to assure customer satisfaction.

Learn and develop an understanding of NAVEX products/services Respond to inquiries and calls from Finance, Account Managers, Sales and customers regarding contract renewals and pricing Review and negotiate termed and/or mutual consent software agreements to renew services to drive long term customer relationships Process the removal and/or reduction of services for customers, managing the credit process to completion Develop innovative ways to retain escalated customers and provide them with viable renewal options, including but not limited to negotiating pricing and/or contract duration Develop business relationships with Finance Specialists, Account Managers, Account Executives, Product Specialists and Legal team members Capture your consistent customer activity and other key information within Salesforce daily Provide backup coverage for other Retention Account Managers as needed Assist with special projects and other responsibilities related to customer retention as assignedWhat You Will Need:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 2
years of account management experience Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers Keen interest in sales operations and communication Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, responding to inquiries in a timely manner Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work independently and within a team environment Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, exercising a high degree of good judgment to ensure the customer's needs are met and their expectations are surpassed Experience modeling a high standard of commitment to an organization and intellectual curiosity Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.
Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
The minimum starting pay range for this role is $42,500 per annum.
Pay progression is based on performance.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
