Our amazing providers are patient and team oriented and have many years of experience.
In this position you will start by getting to know our team, patients, and providers and learning the job responsibilities.
We would like to have the person we hire start at our front desk and transition into a lead office position over time.
We will work with you to structure the job role according to your career goals with adequate opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:
Have a professional demeanor and a positive attitude Ensure all office team members deliver excellent patient customer care Coaching, training, and mentoring our team to achieve their highest potential Operations and systems oversight Onboarding new team members and additional HR responsibilities Maximizing patient flow and productivity Partner with the doctors with an open mind Leadership and Training Skills are beneficial Must have excellent communication skills Must understand the importance of a Patient Service Focus Must be a Team Player Enjoy Multitasking Creating an environment that promotes the mission of the practice BENEFITS Our benefits package includes paid holidays, paid vacation, retirement plan, dental care, and truly wonderful practice to work.
