Manage the day to day flow of the business along with but not limited to:
Spa/Salon inquiries, precision bookings, boutique retail sales and conflict resolve.
Be able to answer any and all question related to company information, policies and procedures, services, retail, employee information that is for public use only.
Passion for wellness in relationship to self care, skincare, haircare and beauty products Positive attitude and a true joy in helping people.
Strong communication skills with a desire to inspire and teach.
Natural leader- able to make decisions and proceed quickly with confidence.
Attention to detail, bring your best self each day.
2 plus years customer 5-star customer service experience in which you will be expected to exude daily.
The ability to multitask with confidence and a calm demeanor.
3 years experience in and passion for the spa industry or related hospitality experience.
Stand several hours a day.
OVERVIEW rumi simone has been in business since 2004 and our locally grown spa covers 7,000 square feet and is nestled on the beautiful lake in Lake Oswego.
rumi simone is a full-service spa providing facials, massage, body treatments, spa manicure & pedicure as well as salon services and a lovely boutique.
The primary function of this position is to ensure accurate appointment bookings for spa and salon, beauty product sales and authentic passion for beauty and wellness.
